I used them when my firm recarpeted and repainted our entire two-floor office -- during this two-week process we never shut down the facility. Ralph was instrumental in leading this massive work effort -- coming in during late afternoons and packing up a range of offices and moving furniture --- then leaving to let the contractors do their jobs during the evening/early morning hours -- then coming back early in the mornings to unpack staff so that when they arrived in the morning, they were set to start work without missing a beat. It's very difficult to get all the info you need when interviewing moving companies. Most companies do not give a guaranteed price so your final bill is unknown until it's due and the move has been made. Not so with Klatt. Chris himself, came to our house and gave us a guaranteed price ...no surprises. His employees were thorough...everything well packed and everything done on time. Moving is always stressful but our experience with Klatt was a bright spot.
